We are URGENTLY hiring for an experienced part-time Medical Spa Receptionist. Our Medical Office receptionist is a dynamic and vital part of our Medical Spa team who provides the ultimate guest experience.

Our Medical Office/Spa Receptionist:

  • Responsible for the scheduling and reception function at our Medical Spa, with constant attention to detail to ensure our guests have a great experience.

  • Properly open and close the Spa according to operating procedures.

  • Accurately book, change and confirm Spa appointments.

  • Provide guests with detailed descriptions of treatments, packages and products offered by our Spa.

  • Maintain the Spa register through proper open, guest check-out and close procedures.

  • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.

  • Provide social media and support

  • Interface professionally and promptly with our medical doctor, estheticians, laser technicians and other medical spa staff and vendors.

  • Maintain patient files in strict conformance with HIPAA regulations.

Skills Required for the Position:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – must enjoy working with people in a team environment and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.

  • Excellent writing and phone skills.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks promptly without direct supervision.

  • Advanced Computer skills, including email and point-of-sale applications.

  • Medical Spa, Spa or Medical Office Concierge experience preferred.

  • Must be willing to work evening and Saturday hours
